Children injured in school bus collision in Northwest Baltimore

Several children suffered minor injuries this morning when a school bus they were riding in collided with a parked vehicle in Northwest Baltimore. The accident occurred shortly before 7 a.m. when the school bus, which was carrying five children, collided with a vehicle near West Cold Spring Lane and Garrison Boulevard, according to Chief Kevin Cartwright, a city Fire Department spokesman. At least three children were transported to area hospitals with injuries that were not life-threatening.
